4. Shared Goals: A chat beforehand about your brand identity so we can make sure your headshots work professionally for your business. 

5. Tailored Session Lengths: Session times of 5 - 15 minutes depending how many staff need headshots and how many we need to fit into the time slot. Longer sessions can also be included for those needing images for additional purposes e.g. press releases, blog posts, LinkedIn etc.

6. Easy Image Selection: Option to select favourite images on the day, or from an easy-to-use online gallery after the session.

7. Retouching: All selected images are lightly retouched to a natural finish so you look like yourself on your best day.

8. Delivery: Final images are sent as digital downloads so you can upgrade your profile immediately!

Corporate team headshots

I am based in Epsom, Surrey and happy to travel to business' in local areas including Ashtead, Banstead, Coulsdon, Croydon, Dorking, Epsom, Ewell, Esher, Guildford, Leatherhead, Redhill, Reigate and Tadworth.

I also travel to south and central London.

Yes absolutely, as long as there is a space big enough to set up in. 

The ideal room:

  1. Has some natural light
  2. Has an available floor space of approx. 4m x 4m and a ceiling height of 2.3m. This is to allow the studio backdrop to be set up, with lights on either side, in front and above and space for me to manoeuvre. If there is any furniture in the room, it must be pushed to the side to allow adequate floor space.
  3. Has the functionality to switch off any artificial lights as they can interfere with the colour quality of the headshots.

For a corporate team headshot session, where I bring a studio to you, I recommend booking as early as possible or at least 6 weeks before you need the headshots. However, if you need them quicker than that, there are a few things we can do to speed up the process. Just let me know when you get in touch and I'll do my best to make it happen. Here's an outline of the key events:

  1. Book date & pay 30% deposit
  2. Photoshoot takes place & client selects images on the day
  3. Photographer retouches images and sends to client for approval
  4. Client pays invoice balance
  5. Photographer releases finished images

For corporate team headshots where you come to my studio (for groups of 5 and under only), the turnaround time can be as little as 2 weeks. These are things that need to happen before you get your final headshots:

  1. Book date and pay in full for the session
  2. Photoshoot takes place & client selects images on the day
  3. Photographer retouches images and sends to client for approval
  4. Photographer releases finished images

 

 

Yes! Photo retouching comes as standard.

Retouching means editing an image for small details. Distractions such as stray hairs and temporary blemishes are removed so that the focus is on your expression. Retouching is subtle, it serves to complement the image, not to change how you look.

You will look like you but on a really good day!

Images are also optimised for brightness, colour and contrast to bring out the best in them.

Yes, usually, but it's dependent on the space you have available.

Unless you have a very small group, it's unlikely there will be adequate room to photograph you on a studio backdrop. However, if there's another part of your building or grounds we can use as a backdrop then this is usually no problem.

There are a couple of options:

  1. Wait until you have a few new team members to photograph in one go, and invite me back for updates
  2. Send any new team members to my studio in Epsom where I can create headshots for them using the a consistent lighting set up and backdrop.

 

There is a minimum spend of £595 for corporate headshot photos where I come to your offices and set up the studio.

If your business only need a small number of headshot photos (up to 5) there is the option of your team members coming to my studio, in Epsom, Surrey where there is a small session fee, then you pay for each individual headshot required.
