What’s Included?

1. Professional Studio Equipment set up in your place of work for your convenience.

2. Online Booking System (optional) so your team can book with me directly and save you time.

3. What to Wear Tips and preparation advice to give your team confidence in the headshots.

4. Shared Goals: A chat beforehand about your brand identity so we can make sure your headshots work professionally for your business. 

5. Tailored Session Lengths: Session times of 5 - 15 minutes depending how many staff need headshots and how many we need to fit into the time slot. Longer sessions can also be included for those needing images for additional purposes e.g. press releases, blog posts, LinkedIn etc.

6. Easy Image Selection: Option to select favourite images on the day, or from an easy-to-use online gallery after the session.

7. Retouching: All selected images are lightly retouched to a natural finish so you look like yourselves but on your best days!

8. Delivery: Final images are sent as digital downloads so you can upgrade your profile immediately!

Corporate team headshots

As early as possible or ideally at least 8 weeks before you need the headshots - there are a few things that need to happen before you receive your final images. From confirming a date and location to selecting and retouching images. 

However, if you need them turned around quicker than that, there are a couple of things we can do to speed up the process. Just let me know when you get in touch and I'll do my best to make it happen. 

I am based in Epsom, Surrey and happy to travel to business in all local areas including Ashtead, Banstead, Coulsdon, Croydon, Dorking, Epsom, Ewell, Esher, Guildford, Redhill, Reigate and Tadworth. I also travel to central London and beyond.

Yes absolutely, all of my professional studio equipment is fully portable and suitable for setting up in different spaces.

The ideal room should have some natural light and have an available floor space of approx. 4m x 4m and with a ceiling height of approx 2.3m. 

This is to allow adequate space for the studio backdrop to be set up, with lights on either side, in front and above and space for me to manoeuvre.

Yes of course, if outdoor headshots fit better with your brand, then it makes sense to do this. The weather is a consideration of course, but it helps if you can be a bit flexible with dates / times.

If your team is small and located nearby, it could save time and money to get the headshots taken at my studio in Epsom, Surrey.

The maximum number of people I can photograph in one session is 4 so if you have more than this, the sessions will need to be split. 

Yes! Photo retouching comes as standard.

Retouching means editing an image for small details. Distractions such as stray hairs and temporary blemishes are removed so that the focus is on your expression. Retouching is subtle, it serves to complement the image, not to change how you look.

You will look like you but on a really good day!

Images are also optimised for brightness, colour and contrast to bring out the best in them.

Yes absolutely, but this is obviously space dependent. 

Unless you have a very small team, it's unlikely there will be adequate room to photograph you on a studio backdrop. However, if there's another part of your building or grounds we can use as a backdrop then this is usually no problem.

There are a couple of options:

  1. Wait until you have a few new team members to photograph in one go, and invite me back for updates
  2. Send any new team members to my studio in Epsom where I can create on-brand headshots for them.
