1. Gift vouchers can be purchased from Paula Deegan Photography by email paula@pauladeegan.co.uk or phone 07908656840
2. Gift vouchers are valid for use, up to and including the expiry date written on it.
3. You can exchange Paula Deegan Photography gift vouchers for services / products as described on the voucher.
4. If no specific service or product is described, you can exchange gift cards for services / products available from pauladeegan.co.uk.
5. You can redeem the Paula Deegan Photography gift vouchers for part or full payment or a service or product.
6. Gift vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
7. Cards cannot be transferred except under the explicit agreement of Paula Deegan Photography.
8. Gift vouchers are valid for shoots within a 15km radius of Epsom, Surrey, England KT17 4EL unless specified otherwise.
9. The purchaser of the voucher is entitled to a 14-day ‘cooling off’ period. To claim, please return the original card via post and email paula@pauladeegan.co.uk
10. If the goods purchased total less than the value of the gift voucher, I will leave any balance as a credit for you with Paula Deegan Photography and redeem it against subsequent purchases.
11. You cannot use gift vouchers to purchase other gift vouchers.
12. When you redeem gift vouchers online or over the telephone for services / products available via pauladeegan.co.uk you will be required to give the unique number of the card.

14. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift voucher which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
15. We reserve the right to amend the gift voucher terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
