Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Purchasing Gift Vouchers

1. Gift vouchers can be purchased from Paula Deegan Photography by email at paula@pauladeegan.co.uk or by phone on 07908656840.
2. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the voucher.

Using Your Gift Voucher

3. Gift vouchers must be redeemed by the expiry date shown on the voucher. Sessions may take place after the expiry date if booked before the expiry date, subject to availability.
4. Gift vouchers can be exchanged for the services or products described on the voucher.
5. If no specific service or product is described, gift vouchers can be exchanged for services or products available from pauladeegan.co.uk.
6. Gift vouchers can be used as full or part payment towards a service or product.
7. Gift vouchers are redeemable only for the service or value stated on the voucher. If the recipient chooses a service of higher value, the difference must be paid before the session takes place.
8. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.

Booking Your Session

9. Gift vouchers are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Purchasing a gift voucher does not guarantee availability on a particular date or time.
10. Gift vouchers include photography sessions within 10 miles of Epsom, Surrey KT17 4EL. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside this area.
11. When redeeming a gift voucher, you will be required to provide the unique voucher number.

Voucher Balance, Refunds & Transfers

12. If the value of the service or product purchased is less than the gift voucher value, the remaining balance will be retained as credit with Paula Deegan Photography and must be used before the original voucher expiry date.
13. Gift vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
14. Gift vouchers are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by Paula Deegan Photography.

Cancellation & Damaged Vouchers

15. The purchaser has the right to cancel a gift voucher purchase within 14 days of purchase, provided the voucher has not been redeemed or used. To request cancellation, please contact Paula Deegan Photography by email at paula@pauladeegan.co.uk.
16. If your gift voucher becomes damaged or cannot be used, please contact Paula Deegan Photography by email at paula@pauladeegan.co.uk or phone 07908656840.

Fraud & Changes to Terms

17. Paula Deegan Photography reserves the right to refuse to accept a gift voucher which appears to have been tampered with, duplicated, or otherwise suspected of being affected by fraud.
18. Paula Deegan Photography reserves the right to amend these gift voucher terms and conditions where reasonably necessary. Any changes will not affect gift vouchers already purchased.
