My headshot studio is based in Epsom, Surrey KT17 and the full address will be supplied when you book. 

The space is designed specifically for professional portraits — great lighting, flattering angles, and a relaxed atmosphere. It’s easy to reach, with nearby parking and transport links, so you can arrive feeling calm and ready to go.

By Car

The nearest M25 junction is Leatherhead (junction 9). Then it’s a 15 – 30 minute drive from there (traffic dependent). It’s very easy to find and on-street parking is available just outside.

By Train

The nearest train station is Epsom and it’s a 15-20 minute walk from there. 

Absolutely. If you prefer your office, an outdoor setting, or a specific location that reflects your brand, I can bring a mobile studio setup to you. This is ideal for corporate teams, busy professionals, or anyone wanting a more personalised environment.

My pricing is simple and transparent. Your session fee covers the shoot, guidance, a relaxed experience and a set number of final images. Full package details are clearly detailed on this page. 

Additional, selected images can be purchased with any package. 

Choose outfits that make you feel confident and reflect how you want to be seen professionally. Solid colours work well, and layers add structure. Avoid busy patterns, and bring a couple of options so we can go through them on the day.

The first thing that (almost) everyone says when we start a shoot is “I hate having my photo taken”, so don’t worry you are not alone! Here are a few helpful tips to help you feel confident and relaxed:

Firstly, try to visualise the photo shoot going really well and imagine how good you’ll feel when you can upload your flattering new headshot as your new profile image.

Secondly, take a look at my blog post How to Prepare for Your Professional Headshot: The Complete Guide to Looking Confident & Camera‑Ready which includes ideas for getting prepared beforehand and combating nerves on the day of / during the shoot.

Thirdly, I am very relaxed when I’m taking the photos and helping you to feel the same way is one of my superpowers. The shoot itself is collaborative, I show you the back of the camera as I go along and we make changes along the way. I take lots of shots (typically 100 shots in 30 minutes) so there will be plenty of images to choose from.

And finally, if there’s anything specific about the photo session or the end results that you feel concerned about, we can discuss this before the session to put your mind at rest.

You’ll receive your gallery within 5 working days after the shoot. Once you’ve selected your favourite images, they will be retouched within 5 working days. 

If you need them urgently for a deadline, just let me know — I can usually accommodate a fast turnaround.

Yes — I offer flexible session times, including evenings and selected weekends. This is perfect if you have a packed schedule or want to avoid taking time out of your workday.

Evenings and weekend sessions are not bookable online, but send me a message and we’ll find a mutually convenient time.

Retouching means editing an image for small details.

Distractions such as stray hairs and temporary blemishes are removed so that the focus is on your expression. Retouching is subtle, it serves to complement the image, not to change how you look.

You will look like you but on a really good day!

Images are also optimised for brightness, colour and contrast to bring out the best in them.

Heavy retouching e.g. tattoo removal, adding hair, softening deep creases is also available from £10 per image.

Yes absolutely! 

I’ll come to your offices or location of choice and photograph your whole team on the same day. I’ll bring my portable studio or we can choose a location with natural light. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements and I’ll happily provide a quote.

Yes, absolutely. Although most clients come for headshots, I’m happy to take full-length and three-quarter-length portraits too. At the start of your session, we’ll discuss exactly what you need, and we’ll tailor the shoot to create the images that work best for you.
