Personal brand photography tells the story behind your business. Whether you're a therapist, trainer, or stylist, these images showcase both you and the service or product you offer. They should reflect your style, personality, and values, while offering a glimpse into a day in the life of your business.
The Know, Like, and Trust factor is essential in business—people buy from those they feel connected to. Strong personal brand images help potential clients understand who you are and what you do, making it easier for them to connect with your brand.
With a collection of authentic, professional images, you can consistently engage your audience across social media and confidently show up with visuals that reflect your business in a positive light.
With years of marketing experience and a digital marketing qualification, I understand the power of great visuals. I’m passionate about helping small business owners elevate their brands through authentic, storytelling photography—no clichés, just real, relatable images.

Angela Rigby
Passionate about her work, award-winning mobile therapist Hayley, wanted images which reflect what she does and the warmth, care and attention she shows to each and every one of her clients. home-sancturary.com
Personal stylist and fashion boutique owner, Marsha, needed a selection of images to show her clients how she would style different outfits together. Images were created for social media and her website. We headed to London for the shoot to give the images a colourful, urban feel. stylesignatureboutique.co.uk
Passionate fitness instructor, Anna, was setting up her business as a group exercise and personal trainer in London. As well as portraits, she needed behind the scenes shots showing her training groups and individuals. Her brand has since developed to focus on women-only but I loved creating the images (which included men) for her original website. wearefitattitude.com
Finding a new passion in life, Laura needed images for her social media platforms and marketing materials promoting her events. She wanted the images to reflect her vibrant personality, energy and love of dance and movement.
With a branding shoot, you'll need to consider these things before you get started:
I’ll send you a pre-shoot questionnaire that will help to clarify your goals and requirements and will set up a Pinterest board for a mood board to share ideas. Once they’ve been completed, we'll have a clear understanding of where you're at and your goals for the session. Then it's time to get a shot list together, consider locations and bring all the elements together to create a shoot that means business!

Your headshot should work for your market and expresses your personality and strengths. Think about how you want to come across. You want to look like ‘you’ but in the way you want ‘others’ to see you in your role.

It depends how may images you need and how long you'll use them for. Most of my clients choose the Classic package as it provides enough variety to use on different media for months / years to come.
But if you're not sure, I recommend choosing the Mini package and you can always upgrade if you need to.
Retouching means editing an image for small details.
Distractions such as stray hairs and temporary blemishes are removed so that the focus is on your expression. Retouching is subtle, it serves to complement the image, not to change how you look.
You will look like you but on a really good day!
Images are also optimised for brightness, colour and contrast to bring out the best in them.
Heavy retouching e.g. tattoo removal, adding hair, softening deep creases is also available for £35 per hour.
The first thing that (almost) everyone says when we start a shoot is "I hate having my photo taken", so don't worry you are not alone! Here are a few helpful tips to help you feel confident and relaxed:
Firstly, try to visualise the photo shoot going really well and imagine how good you’ll feel when you can upload your flattering new headshot as your new profile image.
Secondly, take a look at my blog post How to Prepare for your Professional Headshot in 7 Easy Steps which includes ideas for getting prepared beforehand and combating nerves on the day of / during the shoot.
Thirdly, I am very relaxed when I'm taking the photos and helping you to feel the same way is one of my superpowers. My goal is for relaxed, authentic photos and I'll take lots of shots (up to 100 in 30 minutes) so there will be plenty of images to choose from.
And finally, if there’s anything specific about the photo session or the end results that you feel concerned about, we can discuss this before the session to put your mind at rest.
